Please note that the platform supports multiple payment methods for your convenience: we accept payments via Coinpal, wire transfer (bank), or cryptocurrency (USDT or USDC only).
To ensure a smooth payment process, please follow the corresponding guidelines based on your preferred method:
1. For Coinpal or Cryptocurrency Payments (USDT/USDC):

You can place an order directly on the website and complete the payment using the supported cryptocurrencies (USDT, USDC). When making a cryptocurrency payment, please send funds to one of the following designated addresses:

*All machine prices are fluctuating depending on the behavior of the market.

Refunds

*All miners are non-refundable, and orders are not cancelable.

If there are software or hardware problems with your machine, please contact our online customer service for help. We will assist you in taking your machine to your nearest official repair shop. We are always here, ready for help.

Processing and Shipping Time

All orders will be dispatch Upto 48 Hours from our Yesmining HK warehouses, in case of bulk order we may take a day or two to ship the product via (DHL Express/ UPS/ ARAMEX etc) after a full payment of the order has been verified (Payment via Bank transfer would take a couple of business days to arrive in our bank account). International delivery usually takes about 5-8 business days.

Packing

While the majority of machines include a PSU, there are exceptions. We recommend reviewing our product descriptions for specific details regarding each unit. Additionally, we provide the original company packaging for all products.

Taxes and Customs Duties

We help you to reduce your tax by making lower value invoice.

Our products are Excluded of all value added taxes and customs duties sold by Yesmining. You will be solely responsible for paying any outstanding taxes and duties as per your country’s law and customs. If any miner has to be returned to Hong Kong for repair, the Client needs to pay additional shipping costs.
